I was initially very worried that I could not retrieve my data at all as I was informed by another repair shop that data recovery for my hard disk would most likely be impossible. However, the staff at Ever Higher performed a quick diagnosis and informed me that it would be possible to retrieve the files (which were very important for my school work).
