Initially, I’ve sent in my own 500GB Hitachi and together with my dad’s 500GB Imation Apollo II external hard drive from 2009. After EHDR did their initial assessment on the drives, I decided to proceed with the Apollo. I’m surprised at the end, almost 99% of the data had been recovered successfully even though at this point, the drive itself is almost 2 decades old.
Before reaching out to EHDR, I’ve surveyed several data recovery services including one in the United States. Thinking back, I almost went through with the one in the US. EHDR recovered my data from a broken hard disk quickly and professionally. Though the cost was high, it was fair for the task. They were patient with payment and provided excellent customer service. My experience with EHDR has been smooth and pleasant. I was assisted by Ms. Dina throughout the entire process and she has been so wonderful in making sure that everything goes well.
I had 2 drives recovered by EHDR that charged me quite reasonably compared to other companies. I had a pleasant experience with them especially with Wilson who handled my submissions and collections. One of the drives failed years ago. Another failed recently and EHDR expedited its recovery speedily to my great relief as I had need of information stored on it.
My external hard drive suddenly couldn't be accessed, and i was really anxious cox all my company's data was stored in it. A very professional place. Few months ago, I couldn’t read my hard drive so after a lot of research, I happen to give my hard drive to this store and they were very nice enough to answer me questions and even update me weekly about my hard drive. They managed to take quite a lot of datas from my damaged hard drive and I’m always grateful for that. The staffs that I’ve been in touch was very nice and kind.

I took my failed HDD to another place before sending it to HDRC, the last place told me that it was not possible to retrieve the data, in this data were many personal and business files containing many sentimental photos etc. Upon sending the HDD to HDRC the service was very professional, the communication was very good keeping me informed of all the processes that were required. Fortunately, all the data was recovered, this was a great relief!!

Great place to go for data recovery. Very thorough initial 'assessment checkup' explaining everything from difficulty level to possibility of recovery. The full payment is only required upon successful data recovery, which was why I decided to go for it. Updates were given weekly and thoroughly. Unfortunately because my case was a bit on the complex side, it took over a month to complete, which I personally didn't mind. 10/10 service highly recommend. Thank you EHDR for all your help

Throughout the process, they: a) were communicative; b) confirmed all discussions and appointments by email; c) sent calendar appointments for meetings; d) held online screen sharing sessions to confirm data; e) promptly quoted the price in writing; f) sent invoices and receipts promptly; g) produced a signed agreement with confidentiality statement; h) kept all promises about times and dates. In short, it is rare to find such a communicative and professional company and other companies would do well to take example from them. Their outcome surprise me! When I first reach there, I had doubt about their service. But later, I received a call from Harvind and Dina. Initially, the result show that the recovery might fail. But I decide to try it as my photos are all in my hard disk, partly because of the service level from Dina and Harvind. They actively update the recovery progress, and I got my data back!
